Do you do surveying or installation?
We are a trade-supply fabricator so we do not carry out any surveying or installations. If you need these services, use the form on our Homeowner page to find an Approved Arkay Installer near you.
How do I open a trade account?
To open a trade account, email us at [email protected], give us a call or fill in the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page and we will get in touch!
What are your stock colours?
Our stock colours are gloss white, matt anthracite grey and matt black. We can also manufacture your products in any RAL colour or finish of your choice, allowing you to perfectly match your project’s aesthetic and design requirements.
Can I make changes to my order confirmation?
Once your deposit has been received and the quotation signed off, we’ll send you an order confirmation showing the final details going into production.
If anything needs adjusting, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll be happy to review it. After this time, we are not be able to guarantee changes.
I have a quote - how do I convert this into an order?
Once you have finalised your project details, send us your signed quotation and deposit payment to convert your quotation into an order.
Delivery
How do I book in a delivery?
Your delivery can be booked in via email after your have received your Order Confirmation. Please email [email protected] with your job number and site address and we will book you in!
Do you charge for delivery?
All delivery within a 100 mile radius from Watford are free of charge. For larger projects, we are able to deliver nationwide. Please email [email protected] to discuss any specific requirements.
How will my goods be delivered?
We deliver in Luton Vans and 7.5T Lorries for access in tighter spaces.
Can the driver help offload my order?
Our drivers do not offload or carry goods into the site. Pleasure ensure you have the relevant manpower to offload safely.
I have missing items from my delivery today. What do I do?
For any missing items on the day of delivery, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you with the next steps to get the issue resolved.
After sales
How do I report damaged items?
Email [email protected] with the job number and photos/videos of the issue. The more evidence you can supply, the quicker we can get to the bottom of the problem and get it rectified!
What is the warranty period for your products?
We offer 10 year warranty on our profile, 5 years on our glass and 1 year on the hardware. For our full warranty policy, please email [email protected] and we can assist you.
How quickly do I need to report a damaged/missing item?
Please report any damaged or missing items within 24 hours of your delivery to ensure the smoothest aftercare service.
