HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
There are two ways you can get a quote. You can either drop an email to sales@arkaywindows.com with a drawing of your product, sizes, colour and any extras required, or you can use our online quoting engine.
For first time customers, please email us your full company name, address and contact details and we can get you set up in our system. After this, you are all ready to send over your drawings for a quote!
ONCE I’VE GOT MY QUOTE, WHAT DO I DO?
If you are happy with your quote and want to turn it into an order, just send back your signed quotation to sales@arkaywindows.com alongside a 40% deposit.
If you have changes that need to be made before you can approve, drop us an email and we can get an amended quote back out to you. We will keep working until you get the perfect quote for you and your customer!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COMPLIANT WITH NEW BUILDING REGULATIONS?
Currently, our range of double glazed AluK 58BW HI Windows, AluK 58BD HI Residential Doors and Edgeglide+ sliding doors have a U-value of 1.4 or below and so are compliant with Part L of the new building regulations. Our UniFOLD Bifold door also has a BFRC Rating of C. Our range of compliant products is always growing, so please give us a call for the most up to date information.
Please note that you will need to specify on your enquiry if you need your product to meet the new building regulations.
DO YOU HAVE ENERGY RATED PRODUCTS?
We offer a range of products that have an energy performance rating to it. All accessible on the BFRC website.
WHAT ARE THE U VALUES OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
The specific U-values can be found on our product brochures. Give us a ring if you need the U-value for a specific job.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time slot, but we will book you into either a morning (8-12) or afternoon session (12-4).
